Fost/Adopt Process Group for Parents

*Scheduled to begin August 2024*

A 75-minute, weekly group

Thursdays, 6:00-7:15 PM PST

12 week cycle | $60 per session

In-person or virtual based on interest

This group is tailored for parents who have foster and/or adoption experience where you can freely express your thoughts, emotions, and challenges, knowing you're among individuals who understand and empathize with your journey.

​

In this group, you have a space to process the following:

  • Unique dynamics + complexities that come with fostering and/or adopting children

  • Managing the intricacies of the legal system

  • Dealing with the emotional rollercoaster of reunification or adoption finalization

Healing from Mother Wounds Process Group

*Scheduled to begin August 2024*

A 75-minute, weekly group

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:15 PM PST

12 week cycle | $60 per session

Virtual for CA residents

This group is dedicated to South Asian female-identifying individuals who are on a journey of healing from complicated relationships with their mothers where unique cultural and familial dynamics are further explored.

​

In this group, you have a space to process the following:

  • Complexities of mother-daughter relationships within the South Asian context

  • Cultural expectations

  • Intergenerational differences

  • Generational trauma

  • Your relationship with boundaries

Survivors of the TROUBLED TEEN INDUSTRY PROCESS GROUP

*Scheduled to begin August 2024*

A 75-minute, weekly group

Fridays, 12:00-1:15 PM PST

12 week cycle | $60 per session

Virtual for CA residents

This group is tailored for individuals (18+) who have been impacted by the troubled teen industry where you can share your experiences, find understanding, and work towards healing and recovery.

​

In this group, you have a space to process the following:

  • Betrayal trauma

  • Grief around a non-traditional adolescent experience

  • What it's like being in therapy as an adult again

  • Power + oppression

  • Self-worth + confidence

This practice is a safe place for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, racial identities, and cultural backgrounds.
