$250 for 50-minute individual therapy. Reach out for fee schedule for sessions exceeding 50 minutes.

Insurance

I do not file with insurance, but I can provide you with a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance company to check if your sessions will be covered, and their policies on reimbursement. The following questions may be helpful when contacting your insurance company:

• What is my out-of-pocket deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I have a certain number of sliding scale slots available. Please ask during our initial consultation to see if I have any sliding scale spots. If I do, I use the green bottle method.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Stripe accepts a variety of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and JCB. Stripe also accepts debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, I require at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You will be responsible for your full session fee if cancellation is not received at least 24 hours in advance
