While I have experience working with folks from various communities on a broad number of issues, my expertise is in providing inclusive, affirming care for individuals working through trauma, relational/attachment-based issues and, grief & loss. Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is a space for you to come exactly as you are. I work to help you process the past and be grounded in the present, so you can create the life you deserve.

Couples Therapy

In couples or group therapy, I'm here to help you create shifts in the way you think, react, and communicate within so you can move towards what makes you feel happy and fulfilled in your relationship(s). We can do this through exploring past experiences and relationships as well as present life situations.

Therapy for Teens

Teenagers experience a lot of changes in their developmental years, which can impact self-confidence, overall mood, and self-esteem. Your teenager has a space right here to make sense of their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

Parent Coaching

Are you looking to strengthen your relationship with your child and/or children? Have you recently fostered or adopted a child, and need support during your transition? I'm here to to support you in growing more confidently into the parent that you want to be while strengthening the attachment between you and your child.

Sexuality Work

Sex is often viewed as a taboo topic, which can create obstacles for folks who are wanting to explore their sexuality whether that is related to sexual preferences, kinks, or relationship structure. I want you to know that you matter, your experience with pleasure matters, and what you like and/or dislike both in and out of the bedroom matters.

Group Therapy

I have a number of process group offerings. These groups typically run in 12-week cycles, are 75-minutes long in duration and meet on a weekly basis. For more information, please click here.
